Dark clouds started to slowly roll in as you swung on the rusty old swing at your neighborhood park. You really did not feel like going home just yet, so your _(fav. color)_ school backpack rested against a nearby tree. School... The place you really wished you didn’t have to go to anymore. Maybe you could convince your mom into sending you to a private school.

“Why do you even come to school, you don’t have any friends so why bother.”
“You don’t fit in here, go away!”
“No wonder why no one likes you, you’re such a freak.”

“I bet you she’s never had a first kiss, let alone a boyfriend.”
“Who would want to date that?”
“Ew! Gross!”

You tried your hardest not to start crying in front of all the people in your school that were laughing at you, which was pretty much everyone. You pushed past all the people and quickly walked towards your next class. You paused just long enough to see that your crush was laughing at you as well, Alfred...

You choked back some sobs. Of course he would never like you back. He was popular, he fit in and you were just... You. You never really had any friends because you liked things others didn’t or a girl shouldn’t. You loved games and movies, and would take a nice bacon cheeseburger over a diet any day. Sometimes you wished you actually fit in, but how could you?
You were unable to stop the next wave of sadness that over came you. You stopped swinging and began to cry to yourself.
“They’re right, no one will EVER like me,” you choked out in between sobs.
“Don’t say that, you don’t know that for sure,” you heard a voice speak and you froze, dropping your sobs down to mere sniffles. You looked up and nearly burst into tears again, it was him.
“How would you know, you fit in,” you spoke, looking back down and kicking up some dirt.
“I wouldn’t say that exactly,” he replied, sitting down in the swing next to you.
“Why?”
“Because I’m not the football lover everyone wants me to be. I prefer video games,” he stated, and noticed you giving him a ‘that’s not really helping’ look before continuing. “I love horror movies but I end up screaming like a little girl.” You giggled once. “I love comics and superheroes and will someday be the Peter Parker to my Mary Jane.” You giggled again. “Oh, and my record is 6 for the amount of McDonalds burgers I can shove into my mouth.”
You bursted out laughing, causing Alfred to blush and grin in happiness. You didn’t even notice him move until your hand was grasped in his and a blush broke out across your face.
“Come with me,” he said, tugging your hand slightly to get you to follow him to wherever he was taking you.

Alfred as currently sitting next to you, holding on for dear life, and shaking. You were just trying to keep yourself from overheating, because your cheeks felt like they were on fire, as The Grudge 2 played on the flatscreen. Alfred glanced at you slightly before leaning closer, watching your reaction. When you didn’t do anything, Alfred decided to take lead.
“Hey _(f/n)_,” Alfred spoke, causing you to look up at him. You suddenly felt his slightly chapped lips against yours as he gently kissed you, in hopes you would return the kiss. You blushed lightly as you kissed back, causing butterflies to bubble in Alfred’s stomach as he pulled away.
“_(f/n)_, I have liked you for the longest time but have been too scared to tell you. Be my Mary Jane?” he asked, rubbing the back of his neck.
“Only if you’ll be my Peter Parker,” you giggled and snuggled against him.
